Your orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Within Turkey, our standard delivery takes 2-6 working days, while international deliveries take 4-15 working days.  Please note that recipients will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges.

Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping. 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. You will be informed when the shioment is proceed. 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

For international orders, please note that we do not accept returns, except for incorrect or faulty items.

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, you can return them and/or exchange them for another size within 15 days of the date of receipt.

Once we have received your return, we will inform you via e-mail. 

Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items in 10 days and inform you via SMS and e-mail.

The product must not be worn (for reasons of hygiene), altered, or damaged.

The product must be return in its box.
